This page contains answers to common questions handled by our technicians, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.
You should call Greenfield Imported at 413 -774 -2819 during normal business hours (9am - 5:30 PM weekdays, 9am - 2pm Saturday). Please have as much information about the product you need so that one of our technicians can complete and ship your order as soon as possible. You may need such information as make, model, year and VIN number. We accept all major credit cards.

In all cases it is necessary for us to know exactly what component we need to send you. Some manufactures build middle of the year, limited edition, specially equipped, optional suspension, optional engine and so on..... Even though the model of the car or truck may look the same the fore mentioned may indicate a different application for the part or accessory..... so you should know the VIN number. The VIN number gives us 90% of what we need to know about your application, the year the vehicle was built, options and anything that we might need to know. The location of the VIN number (on your vehicle) should be in your manual, if not or you don't have a manual the number on your registration should be the same.

The big question, why doesn't my manual tell me? The answer to that is buy an after-market repair manual if you plan to keep the vehicle for a long time. Most original equipment manuals are brief ( to put it mildly ) and don't elaborate on any particular system except for changing fuses. So if you need a coolant hose ( there could be as many as 8 on any given vehicle ) which one do you need? Hopefully your description to one of our technicians will solve the problem.

Most of the time we ship the same day of the order. If we can not complete your order we will tell you what we have. At that time it will be up to you whether to ship what we have or wait and ship the complete order when it is ready.
